Dogs are our life! At the Puppy Playhouse, every aspect of our business revolves around one thing, making sure your dog has the time of its life while they are in our care. Our mission is simple, To improve your dog’s life everyday by providing high quality care at an incredibly affordable price.
If you want the best care for your dog - a safe environment, fun activities, caring staff, plenty of exercise and a lively circle of dog friends. That’s what puppy playhouse is all about.
Since our founding in 2012, we have had the pleasure of becoming a fixture in many of our client’s lives. We attribute our business’s growth to our devoted customers (check our many 5 star reviews) and our highly trained staff. Our team practices simple obedience training with every dog, every day at no extra cost to you. We are also the only day care in Costa Mesa that offers an outdoor pool for play and exercise and up to a two-mile walk away from the facility so that your dogs can get outside like they are used to.
Thank you for trusting us with the training and care of your furry friends.

Our Services
Daycare starts as early as 6 A.M. with last pick up at 9 P.M. Besides all the structure and playtime, to keep your dog healthy, we offer up to a 2 mile walk.
Boarding does not mean its time to lock your dog in a cage. Your dog will feel at home, because at the Puppy Playhouse, your dog will sleep on one of our queen sized beds with at least one of our caring staff members.
The staff at the Puppy Playhouse prides itself on its effective training methods. From puppy training to fear based aggression we cover it all. We provide both group and individual training sessions
Hydrotherapy is the most effective way to assist your dog with weight loss, arthritis, and injury rehabilitation. We are the only public hydrotherapy facility in orange county that will accept referrals from any veterinarian.
We are proud to partner with multiple rescues. At various times we will be boarding and training dogs that are up for adoption to prepare them for their forever homes.
overweight pets are becoming an epidemic in the united states. Although it may not sound like a lot, just a few extra pounds can be extremely detrimental to your dogs health. Overweight dogs are more likely to become diabetic, struggle with back problems, and develop heart disease.
Mark was very patient with my girl Josie introducing her to the pack and making sure she felt comfortable. Josie has a blast at Puppy Playhouse and the staff are great! Thanks Mark

Mark literally answered the door wearing a shirt that said "pack leader"... that's when I knew my pup was in good hands! He slept for two days after we picked him up..a sure sign he had a blast at the puppy playhouse! We will be using him again in the future!

Our dog regularly acts out when encountering other dogs, so we sent her to socialize with other dogs. The dog trainer was very quick to correct her when she started to growl and was able to get her to play with the other dogs in his pack. The trainer appears highly skilled and enthusiastic working with dogs

Just started bringing my Pup Luna twice a week to Mark's place and I am so happy with how it's going. Mark is very flexible, GREAT with the dogs, and genuinely cares for the animals that are there daily.
He had been working with Luna and she has been responding very well to his training! We are very thankful!
